Legislative Mode and Legal System of Energy Law Deng Haifeng School of Law, Tsinghua University，Beijing, 100084 Abstract: On the response to global climate change issues and protection of national energy security, comprehensive energy legislation is important institutional basis. Although China's energy legislation has begun to take shape on legal form, there are a lot of problems remain to be clarified on its internal logic and System Construction, and rafting a basic law of the entire energy field is imminent. This paper cards the legislative mode and legal system of foreign energy basic law of "general-type", "policy-based" and "code-style" and provides useful proposals for to China's energy law.
