Basic Principles of Petroleum and Natural Gas Law for Low Carbon Economy

Abstract：Petroleum and natural gas legislation should contribute to combating climate change and promoting low carbon economy. For this purpose, the principles of petroleum and natural gas law should include sustainable development, integration of security and efficiency, interest balancing, and comprehensive regulation.
