Discussion on the Four Cardinal Principles of China’s Energy Law

Abstract:Define the basic principles of energy law is one of the key problems of the energy legislation.By analyzing the intension of the basic principles of energy law,comparing with other scholars in theory research results, assimilating the latest results of the energy legislation, we can sum up the four cardinal principles of China’s energy law: the principle of energy security, the principle of sustained utilization of energy resources, the principle of energy conservation and energy efficiency, the principle of coordination of energy and environmental protection.
