We have a rich soil, but with the development of society, the advancement of technology in rural areas more and more urbanization, rural soil face increasingly severe test, soil pollution is increasingly serious. Rural soil pollution, unlike water pollution and air pollution as a direct and obvious, and soil pollution in rural areas in recent years began to become more and more serious, so have not been before the people's attention. Soil pollution is not just a thing of the country or region is already an international problem. Therefore, protecting the rural soil, prevention of soil pollution in rural areas has become essential. In this paper, written a soil pollution prevention and an overview of soil pollution prevention the legislative analysis, and the soil pollution prevention the legislative proposals.
