Abstract: In recent years, with the increasing number of environmental tribunal set up in China, the construction and development of environment judicial system needs to be further promoted. There are many social problems, such as, the block of environment trial, the negligence of dispute coordination and the chaos of judicial procedure on environmental judicial system in China. These problems are caused by many factors, but the flaws in the systems are the important reason. Such as, the imperfect of the legislation, the poor co-ordination of the environmental interests and the imperfect of the supporting system. Environmental case’s special properties and specific background make it necessary to complete the system. Among them, strengthening the environmental legislation and training, increasing the judicial activism, creating the supporting system and perfecting the environmental judicial system are effective ways of injecting the vitality and supporting the innovation and development in the environmental judicial system.
