经济呢？这就需要同时运用经济学与环境科学的知识，“对经济系统进行物流和能流分析，运用生命周期理论进行评估，大幅度降低生产和消费过程的资源、能源消耗及污染物产生和排放”41。因而，循环经济法人的模式构造一定要充分结合资源稀缺、环境恶化的客观背景。 Study on the eco-mode of man under the Circular Economical Law Chen_Quansheng & Zhou_Yanling （Fuzhou University） Abstract: This paper introduces the concept of the mode of people and its origin. Through demonstrating the necessity, possibility and the way of building up this mode in the law study, we discuss the relationship between the mode of man and law study. Secondly, this paper introduces the mode of economic man and social man which is the most representative model in law study, we then discuss and analyze its background, content, and significance. On this basis, combining the characteristics of circular economy law, we analyze the mode of economic man and social man, and its insufficiency in the field of circular economy law, which makes it not qualified to be the theoretical foundation for the Circular Economy Law, even if with improvement. We thus confirmed the necessity to build up a new mode in the field of Circular Economy Law and elaborate the basic principles of building up the mode of man, the new requirements to this new mode of Circular Economy Law. In conclusion, we point out that this model types of man should be eco-mode.
