and also would be playing an important role in stimulating economic development. However, the law has only stipulated the principle of developing the recycle economy. In my opinion, to promote the development of recycle economic system and achieve the "resource-saving and environment-friendly" social objectives, we should also establish the related system to perfect the recycle economic system. Therefore, my article will introduce some related systems, such as the responsibility system, public participation system, Sustainable consumption system, waste disposal system and risk prevention system.
