To change the situation, we should put forward and improve the system of environmental pollution liability insurance. This article starts with the system of environmental pollution liability insurance, and confirms the significance of the system, and borrows ideas from other countries, and combines with specific situations in our country, and lastly appeals for the applying of the system and put forward the ideas of how to improve the system.
