and state of conflict.After twenty century, environmental protection problems have become the focus of attention of the human,in 1972 in Stockholm the environment right concept was made clear in the The Human Environment Declaration, pointed out that the human have the responsibility of protecting the environment, show the concept of environmental justice. After that,people began to have the direct-viewing understanding of environmental justice,and started to attention it,this article introduces the development of environmental justice from the relationship of the environment and human rights.
